Monday-Friday 8:00AM–5:00PM (full time): periodic weekend, weeknight, and on call availability may be required.

What you’ll do:
We are seeking a dynamic, articulate, hyper-organized, client-service focused individual with demonstrated experience working in detailed-oriented capacities (copy editing, C-level executive support, accounting, etc.) to join our passionate team of travel professionals as a Tour Coordinator. This position provides operational and logistical support to our clients and requires an efficient and friendly client-facing demeanor.
Duties include, but are not limited to, arranging and coordinating travel services (transportation, hotels, activities, meals, etc.); meticulous preparation of trip documentation (travel brochure, itinerary, checklists and instructions, etc.); tracking travel arrangement details; paying out group travel expenses; and general administrative tasks such as mailing and database entry.
What you have (qualifications):
Background and/or working knowledge in customer service, accounting, marketing, and/or sales.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Obsessive attention to detail.
Expert level computer skills (Microsoft Office, database software, online applications, etc.).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (including excellent grammar).
Patience, situational awareness, and ability to work with demanding clientele.
Friendly, engaging, and positive attitude.
Great sense of humor and supportive team player.
Ability to manage and meet simultaneous deadlines (effective prioritization and task-juggling).
Desire to work in an office setting and a small founder-owned business.
Passion for travel, history, and the arts.
Travel industry experience a plus.
